SERVICES

Feasibility Studies

We conduct community and school district feasibility studies and assess findings to determine the viability and practicality of implementing certain initiatives, projects, or changes within a school district with community support. Our process typically involves comprehensive research, data collection, and analysis to evaluate factors such as demographic trends, economic conditions, infrastructure, educational needs, community support, and potential challenges to provide valuable insights and recommendations to inform decision-makers about the potential risks, benefits, and feasibility of various actions or investments within a community or school district.

  • Early Childhood Informal Needs Assessment: Our needs assessments utilize a systematic process of identifying the requirements, challenges, strengths, and gaps within a school, community, or region related to early childhood education (ECE). The assessment typically involves gathering data from various sources, such as publicly available data, surveys, interviews, observations, and existing research, to understand the current state of ECE services, infrastructure, and resources.
